About Us
Owners Mason & Amy Third started Beach Building Products in 2021 to serve the needs of Northeast Florida Builders and Remodelers.
Mason graduated from the University of Georgia in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources. After completing college, Mason went to work in the Building Products industry with Plymarts, Inc., in Eatonton, GA. In 2005 Mason moved to the wholesale end of the industry, with ECMD, Inc. Mason and Amy moved to Florida in 2013 when an opportunity became available. In late 2020 Mason decided it was time to end his corporate career, and the idea behind Beach Building Products was born.
Amy graduated from Georgia College & State University in 2001 with a degree of Bachelor of Business in Accounting. Amy handles all of the accounting responsibilities for Beach Building Products and for our sister business, Spa & Patio Center of Lake Oconee.
Amy and Mason currently live in Ponte Vedra Beach with their dog, Lucy. Lucy is a frequent visitor to Beach Building Products.
